The wristbands come in 3 packs and are available in 2 sizes: 18cm and 20cm. I've worn them both and I like them for different occasions. I can couple the large ones with multiple pieces. The smaller sizing I like more for sporting environments like the gym or hooping cause its a much closer fit.
