This is definitely the best fitting joggers I've ever bought. I'm 5'3 with an athletic build, 160lbs. I ran track for 20 years and still lift weights. So, the medium fits me tight, but is still stretchy. The fabric is so soft and comfortable. For men, I would definitely say size up, unless they are skinny because I normally wear a size Medium and it fits me perfectly.

Love, love, love!!! Love the softness of the fabric and the flexibility of it. A great snug fit with give makes you feel good. The spandex in the blend makes these a perfect pant for lifting or lounging. I don’t know how AOH did it, but the cut is absolutely perfect!! No regrets here on giving these as a gift.
