WRSHP Is My SuperPower Tee - Heather

A few years ago I learned something pivotal that can change anyone's life.

Y'all wanna hear it?

Ok, cool...no matter how far we get in life, there are always gonna be problems that come alongside our good times and try to steal our attention.

That's why every time I reached a goal, I was never fulfilled because I figured it's suppose to make me FEEL happy. 

During the most stressful time in my life, I looked in the mirror and saw WRSHP on my shirt and I redirected my thoughts back to the character of God and who He was for me.

I wore that ratty t-shirt everywhere for over a year...

As I consistently started doing this, it changed my life forever.

No matter how good things are in our lives, the enemy is always trying to get us to focus on our problems, rather than who God is.

WRSHP is my superpower. When we focus on God consistently... over time, our problems look smaller and smaller...our joy grows bigger and bigger.

And I just said that like a 3-year-old because that's how simple and wise it is to continually redirect our thoughts back to worship.

Our thoughts often drift into focusing on the unhealthy aspects of our problems rather than the solution to them all.

I love how David would tell God all of the things that were bothering Him in the Psalms, and then immediately redirect his thoughts back to who God is and would be for him.

This t-shirt serves as a reminder to praise God as our first resort and our last resort.
