Return Process

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: Accessories, including wristpacks, are not eligible for return or exchange.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email confirming its arrival and the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for your refund to post.

  3. Contact your bank — there is often a delay in processing.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at artofhomage@gmail.com and send your item to:

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Package Protection (Optional)

At checkout, we offer optional package protection to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages. This low-cost service ensures a fast and easy resolution in the event of shipping issues.

  • We do not cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages unless package protection was purchased.

  • If you opt out of package protection, you assume full responsibility for any issues that occur during shipping.

We strongly recommend adding this protection for peace of mind.
