We are hiring a Social Media Engagement Strategist who understands more than posting.
This role is for someone who knows audience psychology, conversion, engagement strategy, content performance, and what actually moves people to respond, share, buy, and stay connected to a brand.
We are not looking for someone who just makes content look good. We are looking for someone who understands why content works, why it fails, and how to build a strategy that creates growth, trust, and action.
You should know how to read what an audience is responding to, spot what is being ignored, understand what creates momentum, and build a plan around that.
What this role is responsible for
Developing and leading social media engagement strategy
Identifying what content drives engagement, conversation, trust, and conversion
Building content plans rooted in audience behavior, not guesswork
Understanding what is effective on each platform and adjusting strategy accordingly
Analyzing performance and turning insights into better content and stronger results
Helping shape messaging that connects with the right audience emotionally and strategically
Recognizing trends, patterns, and growth opportunities without relying on gimmicks
Collaborating on content direction, campaign ideas, and engagement initiatives
Understanding what makes people stop, pay attention, engage, and take action
This role is not for you if
You only know how to post but not how to build strategy
You confuse views with results
You cannot explain why content performed well or poorly
You have no examples of accounts you helped grow
You rely on generic content ideas that could work for anyone
You do not understand conversion, retention, and customer psychology
What we are looking for
Proven experience growing and engaging a brand on social media
A strong understanding of audience psychology and buyer behavior
Clear experience with content strategy, engagement strategy, and performance analysis
Ability to identify what is working, what is not, and what to do next
Confidence in making recommendations backed by results, not opinions
Understanding of how social supports brand growth, trust, and conversion
Strong communication and strategic thinking skills
Preferred qualifications
Experience working with product based brands, lifestyle brands, personal brands, or faith based brands
Experience improving engagement, community interaction, and content performance
Ability to think both creatively and strategically
Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short form content strategy
